1) GDPR Compliance
U’Weini has been in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) since June 13, 2025.
2) Commitment and Confidential Information
Subject to any legal or regulatory obligation, U’Weini commits not to disclose or communicate any Confidential Information to third parties — such as clients, potential investors, partners, shareholders, or U’Weini service providers (including agents, counterparties, traders, brokers, custodians, or advisors, etc.) — except when necessary and appropriate for the performance of its duties.
Confidential Information refers to all data (notably personal, commercial, technical, legal, promotional, financial, and administrative information concerning clients, shareholders, partners, and service providers, as well as the products they market or hold) that U’Weini, its subsidiaries and affiliates, its branches or representatives, consultants, shareholders, service providers, and partners may obtain directly or indirectly from employees, partners, or potential clients and investors.
The existence of contracts is also considered Confidential Information.
3) Clients’ Personal Data
U’Weini may collect and process personal data concerning clients as necessary for the proper performance of its duties.
Investors may exercise their rights by contacting U’Weini at [email protected]. However, clients acknowledge that the deletion or incorrect entry of data may prevent U’Weini from fulfilling its obligations. In such cases, U’Weini cannot be held liable.
4) Data Confidentiality
4.1 Communication between the Parties
Clients shall provide U’Weini with a valid postal address, phone number, and email address. Clients are solely responsible for securing access to the email account linked to the address provided to U’Weini. Any communication from this email address will be presumed to come from the client.
4.2 Communication of Data to the Client’s Advisor
Some clients are introduced to U’Weini by a partner, often the client’s wealth management advisor.
The client agrees that their data may be shared with their advisor by any means (postal mail, email, phone). If the client wishes to object to this data sharing, they must send an email to U’Weini ([email protected]), copying their advisor.
Any communication sent to U’Weini from the advisor’s email address is presumed to come from the advisor.
U’Weini cannot be held liable in any case for unauthorized use of the advisor’s access credentials.
4.3 Use of Client Data by U’Weini
Client data may be analyzed, processed, and communicated in a strictly anonymous manner for U’Weini’s track records and other statistical analyses.
4.4 Use of Partner Data
Partner data is strictly confidential.
However, U’Weini may reasonably mention the names of its partners and prospective partners. In the case of media communication, the partner’s prior approval will be requested.
